Garden Pathways will honor outstanding “Women with a Heart for Bakersfield ” at the sixth annual High Tea on Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. at Seven Oaks County Club. Honorees are notable women who have shown extraordinary leadership and inspiration, and through their efforts have made a positive and lasting impact on our community.

You can help change the future of our community by partnering with Garden Pathways. By your supporting the annual High Tea, you will invest in the lives of needy and at-risk families and youth through mentoring — a lasting investment to make our community stronger. Mentoring brings hope, restoration, and wholeness that changes families forever.

You can honor outstanding women of our community and support those in need by purchasing tickets or by sponsoring a table of ten . Your table will be reserved and your business/organization will be highlighted during the event. Individual tickets are $55; table sponsorships are $550. You can also expand mentoring services for our community by sponsoring the event through donations or advertising in the program. Proceeds from the High Tea enable the mentoring and training of the marginalized who face the challenges of at-risk conditions and poverty. Thank you for making a lasting investment in our community.
